Andrea was very well versed with the process and very professional. However, we often felt overwhelmed with the process and had a difficult time understanding multiple facits of the construction loan process. Andrea did her best to explain all things, but we had a difficult time understanding. We have never gone through the construction loan process before. It can have been very much out of Andrea's control, however, we were told that we would likely close on the construction loan multiple times. I believe it was orginally anticipated around Thanksgiving, then to early December, to the first of the year, to Feb 4th, then finally closing on Feb 11. We had altered our schedules to make Feb 4 work and I had left a business trip early to attend the closing that never happened. We are glad we closed and ultimately are comfortable with the end result and understand what we closed on. We are excited to begin the constuction process and do have confidence in Northpointe to help us through the building period. In addition, Jeff Prow has been an excellent resource with Northpointe.

Andrea at Northpointe not only guided us through the process but explained the process in depth, inviting us to understand and pe a part of that process as active participants rather than as cattle in the chute. She was thorough in her answering of questions and always accessible and friendly. She was on our side at all times, and we will definitely suggest her to any friends or family in need of home financing!

Working with the Northpointe Team was so incredible. As first-time home buyers there was quite a learning curve & the team was so helpful! We worked very closely with Laura, Julie & Natalie throughout the process & felt at ease! They were kind, thoughtful & very patient. So grateful for their hard work and professionalism!
