Forcing me to show reserves on a loan that I already had was frustrating. It just felt like my situation was being used to extract every possible pickle from me as possible. It was very impersonal in that sense. There should be more individual attention on a case by case basis rather a by the book blanket that shouldn't apply to every individual and their circumstances.
