Renee Little - Bringing You Home

Buy or refinance a home with help from Renee Little at Northpointe Bank

Renee Little is a Senior Loan Officer with five years of experience helping individuals and families turn their homeownership goals into reality. She believes that every client's situation is unique, and she takes the time to understand their goals, answer their questions, and find a mortgage solution that fits their needs. With access to a variety of loan programs and mortgage strategies, Renee is dedicated to making the homebuying process as clear, comfortable, and rewarding as possible.

Renee brings a unique perspective to the mortgage industry through her extensive background in insurance. Before becoming a loan officer, she spent 15 years with the Montana Department of Insurance, specializing in regulatory compliance. Her experience includes property and casualty, life, and health insurance, giving her a broad understanding of the financial and insurance considerations that come with homeownership. Renee enjoys using that knowledge to educate her clients and help them make informed decisions, not only about their mortgage, but about the bigger picture of homeownership. She continues to maintain both her mortgage license and her life and health insurance producer license.

A Montana native at heart, Renee studied business at the University of Montana Western. She is an active member of the Helena Building Industry Association, Helena Area Realtors, and the Billings Association of Realtors, and she values the relationships she has built within the Montana real estate community.

When she's not helping clients achieve their homeownership dreams, Renee enjoys traveling, attending concerts, and spending time with her family. She is an avid sports fan and especially enjoys watching football, basketball, and baseball, preferably from the stands at a live game. Renee is the proud mom of two adult sons, Garrett and Tyler, and shares her home with two beloved dogs, Diggy, a standard poodle, and Louie, a Labrador.

For Renee, being a loan officer is about more than helping someone secure a mortgage. It's about building relationships, providing trusted guidance, and being there for her clients throughout one of the most important financial decisions of their lives.
