Home loan customers

Northpointe Bank is helping eligible home loan customers experiencing a financial hardship due, directly or indirectly, to the COVID-19 pandemic. Everyone’s situation is different and if you can pay your mortgage, pay your mortgage. If you are unable to do so, however, the Homeowner Assistance Fund (HAF) is a federal program designed to help homeowners impacted by COVID-19 catch up on mortgage, utility bills and pay other housing costs. Loan Application Customers

To assist with residential loans in process, Northpointe Bank has implemented several steps to provide flexibility and accommodation to you, our customer. Regarding home property evaluations, beginning immediately certain loan programs may allow for an exterior-only inspection or desktop appraisal report. This provides alternatives in cases where customers or residential appraisers are not able to safely conduct an interior home inspection.

We have amended our income and employment verification procedures for flexibility with many employment closures. Northpointe Bank is working with its title company and settlement agent partners to provide ‘curbside closings’, and other alternatives to ensure your loan financing is not disrupted while many county recording offices throughout the country are closed.
